Our concept
At Oyster Oyster, we've been living and breathing oysters for over 25 years. Originally from Normandy, Sébastien brought his expertise to Nantes after several years on the road. For the past 3 years, Oyster Oyster has been offering ultra-fresh seafood, prepared with respect and simplicity.
We work directly with Norman producers and offer a variety of oysters, all sourced from local, sustainable farms. Our specialty is shellfish, but that’s not all. You can dine in, order seafood platters by phone, or take your selection to go and enjoy it wherever you like.
Composed seafood plates, stuffed razor clams, clams, accras, cod fish & chips with a crispy brown breadcrumb crust... We take pride in serving a simple yet generous menu that changes with the seasons and daily catches. Our cuisine is all about respecting the product and avoiding waste.
And because oysters deserve a good glass of wine, we highlight carefully selected local wines, including a muscadet that’s a crowd favorite.
